On Thursday 15 June 2023, we kicked off the innovation movement Get Unlocked with an innovation event about the energy transition. With a Makers’ Pavilion, 6 interactive experiences and more than 180 visitors, it was an incredible day bursting with inspiration and enthusiasm to make an impact together. This would not have been possible without our visitors, the Get Unlocked partners and the makers. Thank you!

KEYNOTE AD VAN WIJK
During the Get Unlocked program, Professor Dr. Ad van Wijk delivered an inspiring keynote, powered by UCR. As an authority in the field of sustainable energy, he pointed out opportunities for the future of sustainable energy supplies in his keynote. His insights on offshore wind farms, solar energy parks and bio-methanol plants were particularly enlightening. However, it was his vision of the energy systems of the future that truly stood out as a highlight of the event. It helps inspired entrepreneurs to start working on the possibilities of a green future today.
