The demand for innovative solutions is growing to accelerate complex transitions in the areas of water, food, and energy. Get Unlocked is the innovation platform of Dockwize where challengers and solvers come together in challenges, impactful events take place, and innovative projects are tested and demonstrated at Innovation Hub KAAP. During the innovation event Get Unlocked | The Food Edition on June 18, 2024, initiators Dockwize, FoodDelta Zeeland, and Impuls Zeeland, together with entrepreneurs, students, and professionals, will ‘unlock’ the food transition in Zeeland and beyond.

Get Unlocked | The Food Edition offers an afternoon filled with innovation, surprising connections, and smart solutions in the food sector. During the plenary session, we will look ahead to the new testing and development facilities for food entrepreneurs at KAAP and you will be inspired by innovative food entrepreneur Jaap Korteweg, founder of the Vegetarian Butcher and Those Vegan Cowboys. Jaap Korteweg, founder of the Vegetarian Butcher and Those Vegan Cowboys, is known as a visionary in the field of sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Let yourself be inspired by his enthusiasm and enjoy his delicious products as he takes you on a journey through the world of sustainable and successful enterprises. His mission with Those Vegan Cowboys? To take the next logical step in dairy production by freeing the cows from the barn and introducing Margaret, the stainless-steel cow.
